I have the newest version of both....

When I use Existing Data and write once. If I try to use another file and write the system will lock up to the point I have to turn the power off.

    Copy DVD Titles

At the end after it is done, if I replace the destination disc and click the button ( write )to make another backup it hangs and does nothing. The Sheep is writing but nothing else is happening, it lock up the system.

    Thanks..

    Hi oupiin,

    I'm missing something . . . . The BOTH of what ?

I assume you have the newest CloneDVD2 but what's the "second one" ?

What "file" are you trying to add ?

This question I understand BUT we need a lot more information in order to answer it.

Perhaps you can rewrite your question and add some information -

LQQk, This is an example of the type of information we need, fill in as much as you can ~ it's all important ~

What are your PC's specs ?
    1. Your processor, ____________
    2. Your RAM, ____________
    3. Your "FREE" (available) RAM, ____________
    4. How much FREE Hard drive space do you have to work with ___________?
    5. Your burner's model, ___________

Have you tried checking your burning basics ?
    1. Are you operating in the PIO or DMA transfer mode ?
    2. Have you flashed your Firmware ? Is it current ? What is it's number ? ______
    3. Do you have a working ASPI layer ?

    1. What is your burn speed set as ? ____X
    2. Is your DVD Target Size set to:
    a. DVD-5 (default) ?
    b. DVD-9 Dual Layered DVD ?
    c. "Custom"? If "Custom", what, size have you selected ? ______MB

What Brand / type of media are you using ?
(Of major importance if you're having any trouble writing to, reading from OR burning to your disc.)

When was your last Disk Defrag ?
If you have to think about it, it's been far too long.
You need to do it now ! ! !

PLEASE REMEMBER, WE AREN'T THERE WITH YOU, YOU MUST SUPPLY US WITH ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PC AND A STEP BY STEP DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND WHERE AND WHAT ERRORS YOU ARE GETTING.

    INFORMATION = SOLUTIONS
