Obviously I did this correctly as movies have backed up fine. Now.. Purchased CLonedvd and Anydvd from slysoft last night. Used web mail addy for communication and recieved attachments for key. I saved them 2 times using direct link download from email and opening attachment files...just to make sure. So now I have this stuff on hd...but I do not even know what to look for in the way of recognizing key... WHAT DO THE KEYS LOOK LIKE? When I open saved file called- clonedvd registration key, the only thing that happens (I am filling this stuff in) C:\Documents...\Desktop\AnyDVD CloneDVD\Key Clone DVD.CloneDVD then says ..ok! Please restart CloneDVD... Are these 1kb file attachments the actual keys? I just want to recognize..so can back up to USB. Same goes for Any DVD Thanks alot...you would think after using decrpyt, shrink etc..I could figure this out...but dummies make the world go around.
Should be an official support channel for registration problems. That is part of what you would have paid for.
