So I've ran into this problem a couple of times. When I burn a dvd and select the directors commentary and the along with the movie stream the default stream ends up being the directors commentary. Any ideas why this is happening?
Your standalone player will default to 2 channel audio, use the audio key on your remote and select the 5.1 and it will play, unless you deselected this stream on your rip. If you do not want the DC playing in your movie, next time you do your movie uncheck the DC and 2 channel audio and just keep the 5.1 or 6 channel. Your player will demux to 2 channel when playing.
