In trying to copy a challenging movie using AnyDVD and Clone DVD. When it didn't work, I downloaded different programs. They didn't work, so I uninstalled them. In the process I created different folders, deleted them, on and on.

Tried to start over by downloading AnyDVD and CloneDVD again and went through the setup again.

Now when I try a different movie, AnyDVD opens the files exactly as it should. But, when I start Clone DVD the drop down menu that used to look in E: for the VIDEO_TS files only says browse. I am so inept at this that I have no idea where to go to find the files.

Should I check to see if my dvd burner is defective? How do I do that?

If I buy a new burner, any suggestions? Should I get a burner and additional hard drive? What criteria for the burner to get.

Any help and time anyone is willing to spend helping will be much appreciated.

Next to the dropdown arrow is a little box. Click on that. Click on the + sign next to My Computer. After that opens, Click on the + sign next to E Drive and you should see a VIDEO_TS folder. Highlight that and click OK. The movie should load.
