Hi ,This is a great knowledge source, glad I found you guys. I have a new computer with Vista, and ANYDVD cloner to back up some movies of mine. I create
iso files and then burn, tried various media. I also have a new LG BD200 player that is dual function Blu Ray and HDDVD. The problem is that the LG player kicks out any copied DVD as "Disk Error". It reads original movies, music files, anything else but clones. They play fine in my old player ( NOT HD), friends players, on the computer. I talked to LG, they sent a firmware upgrade, didnt help , returned the player for another one. Talked to Anydvd clone, tried IMGBURN, Power 2 go. I can't determine if the problem is in the computer or the player. Iam new at this and I was hoping that I just missed a setting somewhere. Has anyone run into this one? Thanks for any input.

try using either Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim blank media burning at 6x to 8x max also if you are using the DVD plus R format booktype to DVD-ROM or use the DVD dash R format. top quality media and burn speed is whats important

    What burner do you have?
You have to booktype those DVD+R, otherwise it makes no difference.

I have ATAPI DVD AH16A6L Burner. Im IMG when I try to change booktype I have to select NUTECH as the only make that lists media as DVD-. As soon as I load a blank disc it automatically detects and changes the booktype. I never considered that this player may not read copies, it reads MP3 files , photo discs I have made, and when talking to LG they never indicated that it was limited. I will try a clone made by a friend to prove it.
    Again, thanks for the help
