clone starview 1 skx chanels not working help

    hi all iv just updated my old clone starviwe box 1 an have all the chanels back but the skx chanels are all blocky any idaers plz im in the birmingham area thanks

    yer iv done all that i get skx channels but there all blocky have no problem with my super box
