I am just starting with using this program.I have only recently entered this DVD copying. I have the older version of this program, and have successfully backed up my dvd movies.I have however not been able to get the 3560 version to work.I think it has something to do with the source locating.Once I have it in c/docs and settings temp,I trace the path using the drop down menu in source.Have no luck here. These guide instructions confuse me = Browse DVD video on hard disc: Click this item to browse for an existing DVD movie folder on your hard disk as source file.
Tip: You should specify to the root movie folder, instead go to the sub folder "Audio_TS" or "Video_TS" which are invalid destination. Can someone decipher the tip for me,as I am not sure what is being said.If there are any newbie how to,please advise.T.Y.

Another site suggests this might be a knock-off version, that I should get rid of it,so unless someone here knows otherwise it is removed for the time being!T.Y

try putting the files somewhere else,i put them on the desktop

i am guessing these are files you have created(from avi's etc)and not those copied from an original,as this is not how clonedvd2 works.as in copy to copy its automatic

you have to select at the start "write existing data",then find the video ts folder, that should be it

You are using the hijacked version of the real CloneDVD. Flip and Creaky have provided correct versions of the real CloneDVD.

You can expect your product to not work well. Please see my post at the link below for information regarding your product and why you have a very expensive coaster maker.
