when i get to the output method screen everything seems to be working great...but when i go to select the drive i want to use, my dvd burner isnt there...i dont know why this is happening because when i use other programs such as Power ISO it recognizes my dvd burner just fine...and i've burned one other movie using CloneDVD2 already and it worked fine...but now this problem...ive tried unistalling and reinstalling and that didnt work...HELP!!
another thing...i just downloaded dvdfab express and that doesnt recognize my dvd burner either...what is the problem?
uninstall the dvd burners and let windows reload them and post back that happened to me i thought it broke i had a fluke and now im good
ok...so i tried uninstalling the dvd burner and letting windows reinstall...nothing happened...the same problem persists...is my burner defective? i think i'll just send it back to newegg and get a different one...unless anyone can offer a better suggestion to help me fix it...thanks...
