Ok gents and ladys I have a rather strange issue here. I am tryn to use clonedvd2 because I have a key for it along with anydvd. Well when I try to install clone, it will install and then ask me to reboot I say ok reboot and bam my system will not reboot. I have to uninstall in safe mode to get my comp back up. anydvd does the same thing also. If I keep hiting reboot I can get the comp back up with the programs loaded but then my darn liteon (brand new) wont see the disk :(. Any one know what in the sam is going on!?!?!? Help Please. And thank you for your time :) Also I have the liteon set on slave and on the slave side of cable and regular dvd drive on master and master side of cable. Thanks again.

are you sure it's CloneDVD giving you this problem and not AnyDVD? Go into AnyDVD options and tell it to run in safe mode, this may clear up your problem. This doesn't run your computer in safe mode, just the program.

download "CCleaner", Run the cleaner section and then fix any registry issues. Then try intalling clonedvd2 and anydvd.

Sorry to personally bother you, but...
I follow the help from you all and finally was able to burn DVDs under CloneDVD. I would select VIDEO_ST ect ect.
I was able to do this fine just yesterday as a matter of fact. But today I am trying to burn a DVD and where it asks me for DVD video files: i select VIDEO_ST (same steps i used to burn yesterday w/out any problems.

but it repeately continues to say:

Unable to Read Video Files From: E:/VIDEO_TS

E:/VIDEO_TS/VIDEO_TS.IFO 2 unable to open file

The system cannot fine the file specified

Please be sure that all required files are available and try again

I was doing the same steps yesterday and was able to burn just fine. I seleceted that same VIDEO_ST file and now i am having problems.
Do you happen to knwo why?

    I need help, please!

    Thank you

Is the 2 part of the file name? Because that could be a reason why it can't open the file. If it is part of the file name get rid of the 2 and try again.
