clonedvd2 problems

I use winavi to convert avi files into dvd folders. then use clonedvd2 and use the write existing data option to burn them onto disc. i also use it to burn iso's onto disc. here lately when i burn a file i have converted or an iso sometiems it will play on my dvd player and sometimes it says playback prohibited by area liitations on my dvd player. i've never had this problem until about 3 weeks ago and now it is happening alot. any ideas???
