clonning xbox hdd

    can a person clone a xbox hdd and copy it to another hdd and use a different eeprom to boot a messed up xbox? if so what tools are needed? i gave explorer360 which can find the messed up hdd but i can't copy anything to it

    Yep, as long as you are locking the HDD to the correct eeprom for that Xbox!

    Much easier to build a fresh HDD though!

    i tried to rebuild it but in xboxhdd the only option it will let me have is option 4 so i figured this might be the only way

    Just build the drive from scratch with a clean 5960 dash. You'll need the eeprom however...
