    I don't know if it's a false problem,
but seems to me that a correct stream need a closed GOP structure,
to be placed into a DVD!
May be that a open GOP structure compromise reproduction of a DVD
into a home-player such as my Panasonic DVD-CV52?
Anyway, exist a program/utility that should correct this
when I'm working on my files?
My usually source are .TS files.

Thanks to all can suggest to me!
    Ciao.

Closing GOPs requires re-encoding the video stream, but you shouldn't need to do this for standalone playback. Most GOPs on retail DVDs aren't closed. Are you having problems with playback now?

    Yes,
but I haven't discovered wich is the problem!

Authoring progs warnings me about open GOPs!
    But, probably, is a burner or media problem;
however seems that my standalone Panasonic
do a deep scan of the media format, but,
I don't know if GOPs format is so important!
As you write, looks like a false problem for me!

    Anyway,
    thanks Vurbal.

I have burnt files that came of my dvr hard drive with the ts extention and although the author warned me about the long gop they still worked fine in my standalone.
