clueless-missing channels?

i really want ch 455 because it is a ppv event channel and i cant seem to get it. i think i found the satellite and the freq. but i dont have the freq. it says

 

What receiver have you got ?

The PPV channel will only be broadcasted if someone in your area has ordered it , It is not on all the time

 

i have a coolsat 6000 and im pointed at 119w and 110w

 

Do a hard re boot. If that doesn't work do a rescan, or find the transponder the channels you are missing and scan that transponder.

 

how do u do a hard reboot and will that delete my bin file

 

Turn the switch off on the back, wait for about a minute or two, then turn it back on. You won't lose anything
