    Hello all,
I know this site is bombarded by clueless people that can't get their boxes to work... well here's another!
I've read all the threads and followed the advice but I still can't get my sky chanels to work.. now I've pressed factory set up and every things gone 'pete tong'.
I've got a starview box (not the new one) and I'm in North London. It was working fine up untill a couple of weeks ago. Now I get "scrambled or bad channel"
I put in the new codes and saved it... nothing
tried scanning on NTL, CW and TW still the same!
Has anyone got the latest codes and a step by step idiots guide to setting it up?
oh, and whats a 'flash'? do I need to do that too!

Please help, I'm getting movie channel withdrawls!!!

have you got all your connections secured properly ie coaxal into cable input and your scart lead connected into tv and not vcr on the box also have you checked the channels you get on your tv without using the box as you may have a problem with your local cc.
