CMD not working in Windows Home Edition Service pack 2

    CMD used to work fine but suddenly it stopped working. WHen I Run cmd I get this following message. (My computer's in Korean so I guess I have to translate the best way I can..)"C:WINDOWS\system32\cmd.com there is a wrong code in NTVDM CPU. If u want to end CS:1d12 lp:00b8 OP:63 69 66 79 20 click cancel
