having problems backing up my coach carter dvd,i can download it to ma file using dvd decrypter and i can shrink it with dvd shrink, after u compress it so that fits to a dvd,i go back to dvd decrypter and write it but it stops almost imediately,it say error reading file,is it because it has COPY PROTECTED,IS THERE A WAY AROUND THIS ,THANK S FOR THE HELP!!
there should be no cop protection if you used dvd decrypter I have done this title successfully try again and copy/paste the log from dvd decypter back here as this will tell us the exact error and other key info.
i think i did, ppower, ihave dvd shrink set up to doa iso file and burn with decrypter.18 nights ill try and get a copy and paste here later, thanks both for ur help.
if it was a copy protection thing you wouldn't even be able to rip it. Make sure your burner can burn the discs you are trying to use (ie - or +). Also, what kind of media are you using? You're not using your computer for other things while trying to burn a movie are you?
My problem with Coach Carter is that I'm using the latest version of anydvd to get by the copy protection and everytime I insert the DVD anydvd will close. If I try to load anydvd after the disc is in it'll just close itself again. Is there something I can do to remedy this problem?
Disregard the last message. I didnt know that anydvd had an update available. Everything works fine now.
