COD4 Prestige mode

Am half way through prestige level one, and i think thats as far as i,ll be going.
I couldnt be arsed doing it all over again.

 

From what i have heard Prestige mode has 550 levels.

 

Actually 616 in total because you have to fill up the 55th level and the levels required to get to prestige in the first place.

 

Actually, there are 650.

 

How did you get that?

Usually I'd trust Wikipedia, but I redid my math and both I and Wikipedia were wrong.

10 prestige modes + 1 regular run through the ranks.
55 levels per

11*55= 605 levels total.

Wikipedia is wrong on all accounts here.

Yeah I'm going to have to agree with Canuckerz on that one. His math seems pretty legit to me.

 

You like the "Badass" factor of prestige mode? there is no badass factor in any online game. If you rock at fps games, then you just rock at fps games. It doesn't mean anything special. Do you get a hard on every time your team of 6th and 7th prestige nerds get together? do you feel like the A team? if you answered yes, then you need to move out of your mommie's basement and try to get laid.

I hardly get online anymore, whereas alex could probably tell you where every sniper spot is on every map. He is sad and i was just pointing it out.

Gaming is a hobby as much as car racing, are you going to bash a mechanic for knowing a lot about cars?

I fail to see the problem with teamwork; isn't that the entire point of multiplayer?

 

Sorry for offending the gaming community. For one thing, i play xbox live, and as far as i know, everyone pays for that. Also, gaming is a hobby, a hobby that i enjoy when it is fair and even. The matchmaking in COD4 blows, making it possible for a level 40 non prestige player to get matched with these losers who are level 7 and 8 prestige. that shit is not fun, and all of you know it. people like Alex are the reason it is not fun. i am a grown man who is acting his age, i don't need a moderator (aka online wannabe mediator) to tell me how to type my messages. this clearly isn't a forum for kids so cut the crap, we all swear from time to time especially when we are pissed. the attitude comes from many many games where some punk who doesn't have to work finds all the little hidey holes, kicks my teams ass, and then proceeds to talk shit about how bad we were. if it offends you, don't read it.
