codec for avi files

    I have had an ASF that I have converted to an AVI file. Both of files have played untill recently. Now I am told that I am required to have a "32" foucc audio codec to play the avi file correctly I looked up and it is a TAG 50 codec and I am unable to find this codec on the internet if someone can help please I am always willing to listen

    Well 50 is 32 in Hex. What I get is that it is MSNAUDIO. Decoder should I guess be available from MS.
