    Hi,

I have a problem with my codecs. A have ace mega codec pack on win XP and I am using BS, VLC and wmp players. Everything was fine until two days ago when without any changes the players refused to play video files correctly. Video appears to display only one quarter of the original size and colours are mostly green. And that’s in all mentioned above players!
I reinstalled the ACE mega codec pack – no changes! I reinstalled the VLC player – no changes again. Where can the problem resist?

    Thanx in advance

Well VLC doesn't use dshow filters as installed by codec packs, so the problem is most likely with directx or your graphics card driver/settings.
