I have a video that when I try to play it I can't hear the volume and it says the video codec is missing. When I try to burn it (using Sonic MyDVD) it also tells me I don't have the codec. However, when I run it through G Spot the audio codec is listed as "ac3 (0x2000) Dolby Laboratories, Inc" and it says I have the codec installed as MainConcept Mpeg Audio Decoder.

Has anyone seen this or something similar and can tell me what I need to do to watch and burn this?

    Thanks!

Have you tried reinstalling or upgrading the codecs?
