codecs for Vitualdub-MPEG2

    Hi
    I have a movie (vob file) which i want to blur some logos. I use vitualdub-mpeg2 and dont know how to install the HUFFYUI codecs for compression the file? I have try to do it by the install function for the HUFFYUI file but when i open the vitualdub i can not see it under compression. I have Windows 7. Can anybodu help please???

    I have been on this web site and follow the guide but its not help.
