Im not sure where to post this topice so im sorry if this is the wrong spot. Now. Im having a problem playing regualr dvds with windows media player. well, theyre not playin at all. it says its missin some codecs etc. I find this wierd because i have played dvds on media player before. I know there are probably a dozen other programs that are better but i just want to why this occured. thanks.

Something could be corrupted. Try re-install or update the program.

If still mentions specific files (by name) as missing, you could try a google on that file name.

Just try reinstalling WMP, and if not, use a better program like PowerDVD.

I also remeber my video card sayin that it wasnt compatible with windows. could this be an issue? I have the ASUS EN7900GTX. Thanks.

No! LOL if there's any compatible GPU, it'd be that one!
