I am trying to order the Max Drive Pro for gamecube so I can start making backups with it, however, 3 days ago when I placed the order through them, it redirected me to Worldpay servers and said my payment was successful, however, on codejunkies.com It says my order was rejected and it said the order was only $9.97 which is how much I paid for shipping. I called my credit card company and they said I have been charged for it. I have been trying to get a hold of them by phone and email for 3 days now and no reply.

Has anyone else ordered a Max Drive Pro from them and have had this problem? I cannot get any reponse from them and I want to know if my order was really canceled or not because I do not want to reorder it again if I will receive 2 instead of 1.

StrikerGT, I had exactly the same problem. I'm based in Australia (so expensive to call the UK) and ordered a Max Drive Pro through their website. Several days later I had a charge for AUD$0.73 yet my order was rejected. I sent several emails and received no response. I eventually ordered again and subsequently had no problems. My order was accepted and dispached. I received it on Tuesday, which was about one week after the order status was updated to 'completed and dispached'. This was quick as I expected it to take 2-3 weeks for delivery. So I suggest that you keep on trying to contact them as they are still operational as far as I am aware. Goodluck!

Yeah but what about the charge already made on my credit card? How do I get that off?

I suggest you contact Worldpay, sending them a copy of the email you received from codejunkies indicating that your order was rejected. They may be able to refund the transaction. You can also dispute the charge by contacting your credit card provider, indicating that you paid for a product that will not be delivered as the order was rejected. Other than that, I don't know. Best of luck.

Yeah but... I am starting to wonder if my order is actually rejected...

because for one, I never received an email from codejunkies saying why it was rejected when you're suppose to. And the fact that the rejected order isnt even for the right amount, it says the grand total for the order was $9.97 which is the amount I paid for shipping and yet the real grand total is $49.97, which has been billed to my credit card and still is. So confusing, got to love it when you cannot contact a store at all.

    I tried emails, no replies.

I tried calling, all representatives are busy ALL THE TIME or I get a voicemail system using their other phone help system.

So now I am totally out of ideas, I already reported the store not responding to me on worldpay, but nothing yet from them either...

    Any ideas?
