color distortion with an ATI graphics card

    I have the same problem that the people on this thread had: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/204988

    except that I have an ATI graphics card, I used to have an Nvidia Geforce4 MX but I recently got an ATI Radeon X800 Pro 256 MB and as soon as I installed it I began having these problems

    please help me


    EDIT: Nevermind for some reason when windows media player updated to version 10 it fixed it

    Most of the cards will allow color adjustments. Make sure it is the card by putting the old one back in. Maybe something happened to your monitor during the instalation.

    I found some color options but the only things I can change that sounds like it might help is gamma (others are brightness and contrast)

    I guess Ill just fiddle around with it and see if I get results
