com3 does not show on jungleflasher

how do i get the com3 port i need it for flashing my lite-on drive?

 

connect the usb cable from your PC to the connectivity kit you are using

 

i don't use the usb, i just connect to power from my power supply
do i need com3 or can it be flashed by com1 or com2? because i tryed com1 and com2 didnt work so i thought it was com3

 

what hardware do you have (CK3 with probe, Maximus extractor, home-made probe)? Is your drive a 7,8, or 9 series? I'm assuming that you have a 7 series since you're asking about com ports, but I'm not sure.

 

its the ck3 with the probe, i dont know what series it is, its a lite-on benq

 

i tried to connect the usb to my ck3 and com it didn't detect com3 port, when i check in device manager ive got a exclamation on xuecuter ck3 pro-usb

do i need to install usb drivers?

 

what can i do to get com3, or can i flash it using com1 or com2 port?
