    Hi,

I have a big task at hand using Microsoft Excel. I need to combine all of the data from the four rows into one row, deleting the duplicate entries and putting a ; in between the info that is not duplicated.

Here is an example of what I am wanting:

    Before

    After

I am wanting to combine them by the column labeled CERT_NUM.

My spreadsheet has over a thousand different entries like this and any help at all would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Your 'after' pic is not too clear. Any chance of getting a clearer shot of what you would like as a result?

Edit: OK....so I sat a bit closer to the monitor and I think I know what you are trying to do. You want to group based on address? Thats what it looks like to me.

    @ DoubleDwn,

I am looking to combined them by the column CERT_NUM. I have also updated the pictures for easier viewing and understanding.

    Thanks
