This is my second post. Have an original Jimmy Buffett album 'Don't Stop the Carnival' which I want to copy and archive the original. However the album contains only nba, exe and dll files there are no song tracks in any music format. I cannot drag the nba files to the create window as they are not accepted. . Tried to make an ISO image file and had the same problem. I can copydisk and it works fine. What are *.nba files?
    Thanks for your help.

you're just copying an audio cd? try clonecd or alocohol 120%, just grab a demo use the copy cd wizards. as for .nba files, no idea!

    1. What exactly is this NBA file? Is it used for PC functionality?
    2. What is the protection scheme on the cd?
    3. Yes, try Alcohol120 :)

Thanks for the responses. I have no idea what *.nba files are. There are no wave, cda, or mp3 songs shown on the JIMMY BUFFETT DON'T STOP THE CARNIVAL disk only *.nba files. Some examples: BKBRWSE.NBA, BTNRUNR.NBA, CLRDRTY.NAB etc. and including *.dll files. In other words I can not just copy one song if I want. I have been able to copy the disk with Nero disk to disk. But I was just curious why I cannot make a iso image to the hard drive or copy by dragging and dropping into the copy and burn window. I am curious to how the album was created. I am not sure how to send a copy of the album files if anyone is interested.

This post got me interested so I did some searching, .nba files have something to do with PC desktop wallpapers and .nab files are associated with cache files so that the next time you bring up the search window, you will see the result of your last search. Though I am not 100% certain of this I’m betting they are probably extra web content on the CD.

Nope. Good try. I tried the searches too.
There is a movie on the disk of Jimmy Buffett and 18 songs that can be played when you insert the disk. Windows Media player picks up the individual songs. But when you do an Windows Explorer on the disk there are no song titles to pick only *.nba files. For instance if I wanted to copy one song only I cannot do it. First it is not listed and second the only way I can copy this CD is to disk copy from on cd drive to a write cd drive. I can zip the files and send them if you want to take a look.
