i have nero version 6.6.0.2.it came with my dvd burner.when i try to burn a movie off my hard drive i get a communication error.can someonr plese help.
Hi, Can you post a log found here C: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt Before posting remember to edit out your serial number (should startwith 1A20 or something near that) and your name. Then we can assist you.
thanks matt72.i was getting discussted so i uninstalled nero and used the nero cleaner.i reinstalled nero and it burned the movie with no problem.thinki'm going to buy copy to dvd
Hi, If your version of nero 6 had a serial number you can download 6.6.0.18 whichwas the last good version before they switched to nero 7. If it was an OEM then you would have to pay the retail price for the version I mentioned.
