    The urban dictionary is your friend. "Come estas means "like these" but I'm not sure what "madrai" means - maybe something to do with "mother" since it resembles "madre".

    Ok...um that was a good translation jajaja look whos talking about the foul language rules yo many persons right here may find that very offensive.
    Anyways kanum what you asked actually means
    Como estas means how are you
    chingada means fu%$ed up
    madrai i guess you wrote it wrong it's ''madre'' which means mom, mother
    putos(plural of puto) is and offensive way to call somebody gay or homosexual used widely but not as the meaniest badword means more like f*ck@r or fa#$ot
    probably the guy that wrote that wanted to say
    Hey How are you muthaf$%#a or trying to say Hows everybody in this g#d)mn chatroom there not exact translation its more like slang
    trust me i learn spanish im not using a dictionary
    yo and whom corresponds cloze this thread or better yet erase it chao!
