Comp and all systems no longer access internet, cant use Windws frewall- hijackthis report included

I dont know what else to do!! Can someone please help me!!!

System began crashing to a blue screen, access to the internet was ultimately disabled, on all systems. The windows firewall options are greyed out and cannot change it's settings. Cannot update my antispy software. No virus was detected from those scans. Problem with the Winsock I believe!

if you can i would suggest clamwin anti-virus just to check to see if the other one missed something and..check to see if there is another "User" somehow on your computer you never know if someone got you

 

Always fix things like:

If they got no name, it's letters and numbers, and you don't know what it is, kill it.
