comp specs

    lol read my sig. just curious is there a way for me to find out my comp specs. like a program or something. a friend custom built it.

    i have check it diagnostics, so i dont need these sorry. hers what im workin with is it great/good/fair what?
    intel(r) pentium(r) 4 processor with max speed of 300mhz current of 1700mhz, and 256mb sdram.

    if read properly is a p4 1.7ghz with 256meg of ram. is the video intergrated or an agp/pci videocard. if intergrated & using xp than consider upgrading to 512meg to make up for what is used by onboard video.

    isnt a video card for playin games on my pc, cause i really dont do that. but should i upgrade anything else?

    the videocard is used to display stuff on your monitor. depends on how far the cpu can be upgraded

    should i look into upgradin? just got it 6 months ago, and works great for what i do. faster would not bother me, but i dont know how much faster it can get.

    check your motherboard manual to see how far can be upgraded both cpu & ram
