Compaq Persario 700US charger questions

    1. i plug it in the wall but not the pc and the LED light is solid green is that normal?
    2. i plug it into both pc and wall and the LED light goes out is that normal?
    3. i think my battery is 100% dead if thats the case, when the battery has a full charge should both the charger LED and the light below the screen light up ?
