compare/contrast ImToo Mpeg vs TMPGencoder

I've had ImToo for a long time now, found the feature of converting VOB to MPEG or AVI very helpful when using low-end Video Editing software(which won't accept VOB format footage) It also will encode mpeg to Vob which is nice too, and it's much faster than my limited experience with TMPeG encoder. But everone says TMPeg is the best? any other insights into the differences of these two programs?
