compatible media @ 8x - Nec-2500 burner

    Just getting into the video/dvdr thing learning more all the time would like to know if any other nec -2500 users have found good brands of dvd+/-r media that burn @ 8x on the 2500A and any particular brands to avoid ! have burned several disc so far 4x and lower . nothing @ 8x yet but burning to try ! please excuse bad joke - continual thanks to you guys& gals
