Compatible Processors/Dell 0RY007 Motherboard

I currently have and Intel Core Duo 2... is it possible for me to upgrade my CPU, or would I need a new motherboard.

The 0RY007 motherboard, supports Core2 Duo processors only, does not support Quad 4
