While trying to write to Verbatim DigitalMovie DVD+r discs I get the treaded "Compilation cannot be written on that medium type" error message. I was able to write a few folders, then the message would pop up again. Here is the log. Please help resolve this problem if someone can. Ken

    Hi highplain
Are you doing a multisession disc? Adding more to the disc later?

If you are did the 1st time you burn data to it did you have Nero set to finalize the disc or multisession?

If you didn't finalize it - click on continue multisession. This log shows Start multisession.

No, I didn't have finalize checked.

Ok - have you tried changing 'start mulitsession' to 'continue multisession'?

Since I was using Nero Express, I can't be absolutely sure it was "continuing" a multisession or trying to start another.

Gotcha - use burning rom - dvd-rom iso option.
That will give you the option to continue a multisession disc.
