Actually many programs can do that (e.g. Nero, DVDSanta). However, as avis actually contain video files encoded in many different formats (e.g. Divx, XviD), you may encounter two problems:

    1) You need to have all the necessary codecs for transcoding. If not, try download K-Lite Codec Pack (full version):

    http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

    2) Your transcoding and/or burning program should be able to integrate well with the codecs. Between DVDSanta and Nero, for example, I have found that the former is much better in this respect.

Both of the above problems may lead to 'no audio' after transcoding. So you may want to try 1), then 2) to see if that would solve your problem.

    Good luck!
