Complete Restoring

    I just have a question..I got my computer back up and running. But I want to know how to do you restart the computer all the way back like it was when you bought it? I mean like no extra programs, pictures and everything.

    A complete restore..How do they do it when you take it to the computer shop??

    if your computer came with a restore disk than that is 1 way. another is to reformat the hd & reload xp.
