completely locked out nokia 6102b

tried to many codes and cannot unlock can i unlock thru infared port or do i need a data cable and how do i do that ps can anyone tell me what flashing a phone means

you´ll need a program and some knowledge..
flashing means for example unbranding, you flash the main and fs to get rid of the ex.,vodafone live, change firmwire and language...

 

You will need equipment (unlocking box) plus the cable for that plus the program for the box or you can take it to your local phone / electronics repair shop to have it directly unlocked or send it to be unlocked for the same as it would cost you local.
A cable will not unlock your phone unless you have the equipment.

now i have a new question how do i tell if my phone is a dct3 or a dct4 and can i flash a phone or do i have to send it out to be done
