Completely stuck on Razr v3

hey, Ive searched all over but Im not getting anywhere.....

I have a new V3 razr, and have installed the software that was delivered. 3.11L, done a live update to version 3.23L

Ive installed on 2 PCs and 2 laptops, and have the same issue every time....

When I start the software, initialising remains on the screen, and nothing works. Ive tried with Bluetooth as well as with the USB cabel, but nothing wants to work.

Ive DLed a new USB Driver, P2K tools and a few other things, still no luck.....

anyone out there who can help?

Adam , did you wait till it ask you to plug in the phone after starting the program?

 

i have the exactly same problem with MPT and my V3.
it is initiating the whole time and never work. and i also tried the P2K and it responsed "phone is not connected". i'm need a solution too

 

try changing the modem in setup , press the menu button on the phone on you computer screen and reselect the usb modem ( if thats the connection you are using)
