Hey, I normally hang around the PS2 forums, but i've now got a Cd-r issue that's proving difficult to solve:

I use a program called Max Media Creator to create an audio disc that contains files of varying types (such as .elf, ,mpeg, .avi etc.) - the program embeds my files in a cda format so that the ps2 will recognise the disc. My PS2 disc, Action Replay Max, then accesses the files embedded in the audio formatted cd.

My problem is, i want to extract the files i have on this audio-formatted cdr back into their original format. The cd i have has 2 .cda files, Track01 and Track02, each apparently 44bytes in size although the disc actually has 15MB of files burnt on there.

So, would anybody be clever enough to know how to extract files embedded in an audio track?

    Thanks,

    Jonathan.

.... stick the cd in your cd drive and open up media player then simply rip the tracks to your computer in wma format

Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't work at all - i now have two audio files formatted wma instead of cda - and still have no way of extracting my .elf files from them.

Does anyone know how i can extract my data files back from a cdr formatted audio with a cda file storing all my .elf files?
