I have several episodes of the TV series 'lost'.. They are all about 350 megs in length, and they are all in divx format, so seeing that my DVD player plays divx files, I thought that I would make up a DATA DVD and put all the files on there.. so I loaded up my trusty 'Nero 6.6', and got busy.. I clicked on make a data DVD, a new window opened up, I clicked on 'file', and then 'open', browsed to my directory where the files are, and it is blank, so then I went down to the bottom of the page, opened up the pop-down menu and selected 'all files', and sure enough, there were all my files, so I selected file 1 and then clicked 'open', then a new window poped open saying ; unexpected file format;.. am I not doing something, or does NERO not support divx files.. maybe that there is some sort of add-on that I need..
If you are burning a "Data DVD" then it should see them. Are you sure you didn't accidently select to make a DVD Video? To make a data dvd, nero uses burning-rom... did it open vision instead? Try opening them in burning-rom, I bet it sees them.
