Compress and convert videos

    I'm looking for the best and easiest free video compresser (like zip, winace...) and also a video converter to convert my AVI movies to mpeg4 or wma..

    In lieu of Winace and WinRAR, I recommend 7-Zip. It's a great freeware archiving tool! And for an all-in-one video converting application, use Any Video Converter, free version.
