    Ok last week my new computer quit working, so I sent it to a guy I know for him to fix it. Well he said that a movie program compressed the harddrive and wont let any progarms work right. Does any one know how I did that. I had DVD shrink decrypeter(sp) and a something from here to convert Avi files.

    I'll bet the guy who was working on your pc screwed things up, and used that as an excuse to cover his ass.

    I practically DIED laughing at that one!!!

    ;)

    @flip,

    Too true, cause who in the world could come up with a reason like that...

    @gheadboy,

    Hey killer...I am going to tell you the same thing I just told a co-worker the other day:

    "NEVER, EVER...EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER take your computer to a shop...if YOU can't fix it, it wasn't mean to be fixed."

    You have ALL the information that you need in order to fix and do ANYTHING with your pc, at your fingertips, i.e.google, tech sites or what have you. Plus, to make matters even better, you have great users here on AfterDawn.com who KNOW THIER STUFF! Believe me when I tell you this.

    Anyways, I hope you got it situated and stuff, and next time, definately hit here first.

    Keep it real all!
