I have 3gp video on my phone and i have been looking 4 a program or video codex that will compress it 2 a smaller size. For example i have a 3gp video that is 324.2kb and 2 send it in a text message it has 2 be 300.0kb so i need 2 shrink its size but still have it a 3gp format, I have only seen programs that want 2 change its type mpeg or things like that.. Does any1 know of a program or anything that will shrink a 3gp and keep it a 3gp video .... thanks
just look out 4 a prog that chenges the bitrate output so it becomes smaller e.g. 'stead 128b make it 96b, cant recall the name of such program but look out on www.cnet.com (www.download.com)
