I've just installed the above product. Digital TV through aeriel works fine but i can't get any audio from analogue tv- apart from lots of background hissing! I'm relatively new to this but believe i have set up the audio patch from the card to aux- in on the motherboard correctly. I've selected aux- in under audio options but..... nothing! Any help would be greatfully appreciated. BTW I did not connect the Power Up cable as the manual said that is not necessary.
I too have this card and it is going back to the retailer for a full refund. Compro say that not all Mobos can handle their power up system but don't say which board do or don't. I have found that support from Compro is non existant. 4 emails and no replies. I have other issues with this card as well. Lack of a decent manual, the mpeg files it creates from captures are so often corrupt and require reauthoring and sync problems. Oh the software is shocking. As far as I am concerned this card is good for watching TV and little else. I should have known seeing it uses Philips tuners. Never had a philips product yet that works.
