My Laptop has been acting very funny since yerterday,
when i start the computer it takes aprox. 10 minutes to load up, Something is fishy with the wireless internet connection it keeps saying limited or no connectivity even though the wireless router is working fine (it's connected with my brother's PC) and McAfee keeps saying your computer is not protected and needs fixing and when i click fix it does something for around 5 minutes and says "cannot be fixed because of some errors". I've even done a full system scan and nothing is infected. Some how i have managed to get HJT log. Please check it out and help me:

    Hello G101,

    Here's your problem:
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP chain gap (#1 in chain of 18 missing)

Download the following programs. If internet is slow or not working go to safe mode with networking.
Press F8 upon boot, select "Safe Mode with Networking" and press Enter.

    AVG Anti-spyware
    Ad-Aware SE Personal
    Spybot Search and Destroy

    Install and update all.
    Restart in "Safe Mode".

    Run Spybot first.
    Open Spybot.
    Click "Search and Destroy".
    Click "Check for Problems".
When it finishes, click "Fix selected problems".
Right click and select "Copy results" (not full report)
Save the log to the desktop.

    AVG AS second.
Open AVG AS and click "Scanner".
    Click "Complete System Scan".
When it finishes scanning, set all items to "Quarantine".
    Click "Apply All Actions".
    Click "Save Report".
Click "Save report as" and save it to the desktop.

    Ad-Aware third.
    Click Scan now.
    Check "Preform full system scan".
    Click Next.
After scanning select all entries and click Quarantine.

    Restart in normal mode.
Post back with the Spybot log, AVG report and a new HijackThis log.

Since i can't the internet to work on my notebook, i burned all the setups (the ones you told me) on to a CD-RW but when i put the CD-RW in the tray, the light blinks for some while and then goes silent. Nothing happens and when i go to my computer there is no icon of the CD(drive). I tried refreshing but still no luck. The CD-RW was working fine yesterday coz thats how i got HJT in to my laptop.
    What should i do know?
    Thnx

Just to tell you nothing has really changed cuz Windows still takes a lot of time to load up and Internet connection still says "Limited or no connectivity" and same with McAfee.

    Thanks

    Hi G101

Try get this program onto your computer somehow. Do you have a memory stick? or an mp3 player?

Download winsockxp fix from this site.
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/WinSock_XP_Fix_d4372.html

When you run the program, create ReG-Backup onto desktop then click fix.

That should fix your internet connection.

Edit: Ok you figured it out.

I wanna Uninstall mcafee and continue with AVG and AntiVir but when i go to Add/Remove programs, the whole list isnt there and the ones which are there (about just 9) dont have remove/fix option i can just view how big they are and how regularly i use them (something is still wrong) i think some sorta virus is still present in my computer.
