computer freezing

    i have a toshiba satellite pro 4600. I have netzero. when I connect to internet. it makes the connection then it freezes. can some1 plz help me.

    The best thing to do is to contact Netzero ASAP!

    If your computer is new you you still have guarantee cuz I think it lasts about a yr...not sure...but something like that...

    I find that when something freezes, the best thing to do is get a warm drink, maybe a blanket, and rub it until it warmds up. Avoid using a heater as this can damage the skin....
