I don't know what's really wrong with my computer, because it's not that old. I have Norton security and everything, but whenever I go to the start menu and restart my computer it takes forever to load back up. Sometime it even get stuck while doing it and I can't tell if it's taking a long time to load something or if it's just crashing. When it does this and I move the mouse down to the start button to restart it again I get the sanddume symbol which mean waiting to upload something and I can't seem to do anything. Usually I just end up turning it off manually and even when I do that it still get's stuck. I takes a while but usually everything loads up but it takes usually about four attempts to do this. What's wrong with this thing. I'm guessing Norton has something to do with it but I'm not really sure? Please help?
