The problem started out of nowhere.I have windows xp and I noticed that my whole computer is been running kinda choppy.I noticed when I play audio files the audio is choppy and skipping words.same thing when I play videos,i can barely hear anything.
This problem just happened outta nowhere.my computer is also movin slower, but surprisingly my internet is still moving fast with no problem(i have a cable modem).
I scanned my computer with avg spybot and ad-aware.it found problems, got rid of them but Im still having the same problems with my computer.my mouse pointer is also moving very choppy
Does anybody have any idea whats wrong with my computer?Does anybody have any suggestions for me?

After fixing the entries I have listed below I suggest that you run a harddrive defrag. I would also recommend that you download and install a program called CCleaner. It will remove old garbage files from your computer and more important for you remove useless registry entries which could slow your computer down. Also how much ram do you have installed and how long have you had your computer? And do you use a machine debugger?

    Fix these entries...

    C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

aight I did that.my sound has improved but its still not 100%.I'll say its about 80%.the mouse is not as choppy as before.another problem that I forgot to mention is that sometimes my computer will shut down by itself.sometimes Ill be on the internet or doing something on my computer and it will just shut down or restart itself out of nowhere.my computer also makes a noise when it shuts down, like the inside of it is coming apart.I know its not a virus cuz i ran multiple virus scans with avg, spybot and adware for spyware.what can I do to fix this problem

How old is your PC? I would open the side panel up, gets some cans of air and air blast the dust out of that thing. Your problems are most likely hardware based from your description. Give the inside a good air cleaning.
